Our second last wedding of 2018 was a small, intimate wedding in New Hamburg, Ontario at Puddicombe House. It's the first time we'd photographed there, but we certainly hope it's not our last. What a gorgeous venue! Matt and Megan are such a sweet couple who chose a laid back wedding with roughly 25 of their closest family and friends. We couldn't believe when we got there, that not only were there still leaves on the trees BUT they were a bright golden colour. Perfect timing, and the temperature wasn't too chilly, so we strolled around town for some couple's photos. 

Matt and Megan wanted an emphasis on ceremony and couple's portraits, and with a wedding this size it makes it easier to orchestrate for us. It also gives us a bit more time with just the couple. So, we also took them over to the restaurant/bed and breakfast for some creative time. So much fun! 

During each wedding season, we love to mix in smaller weddings and elopements. They have such a unique vibe.  We get more one on one time with each couple as well as getting to know guests a little more.
