Plain and simple, we always love going back to Tangle Creek Golf Club, located just outside of Barrie, to shoot weddings. The venue and the surrounding golf course landscapes are beautiful and it doesn't hurt that the food is also top notch! They are a class act and it's all orchestrated by Christina, the fantastic wedding coordinator. She always goes above and beyond to make sure couples and their vendors have a perfect day. An example of this for Jennifer and Allan's wedding was: we needed to get a part of the outdoor area shoveled for the "first look" so that it was safe, so Christina got out there and grabbed a shovel and cleared a path, herself! 

The weather wasn't quite what we were expecting BUT this is Canada in November and snow is always a possibility, and that's what we got! We love shooting in the wintry weather, it makes a lovely backdrop for the first look and wedding party photos. We're so glad that Allan and Jennifer trusted us to go outside a few times for photos. It wasn't just that it was cold, the wind really picked up (as you can see in the funny candid photo of the wedding party). 

One thing we were really glad to capture that was an impromptu last minute decision was a first look indoors with Jennifer and her Dad. It made for some very special photos.
